We believe in getting off the grid, connecting to Nature and slowing down for optimal health and well-being. For that reason, we encourage longer stays at the Diamond J. Configure your ranch stay for 2 to 20 people. Minimum length of stay is 4 nights/5 days. Want to stay extra time? That works too!
Our classic log cabins built in the late 1920’s are exceptionally roomy. They feature authentic Ozark hickory furniture, Pendleton wool blankets, claw foot tubs for a spa experience, along with showers, front porches for reading, relaxing and viewing, mini-fridge, and coffee and tea stations. Most have fireplaces. We supply the wood!
Breakfast and lunch is included each day. On any given day we serve a hearty and tasty breakfast buffet from fresh eggs, salsa, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, oatmeal or home-made granola, fresh fruit, juice, and yogurt. Please let us know in advance if you have special dietary needs. A packed lunch is provided during breakfast with a choice of sandwiches, chips, and yummy home made cookies, We offer do-it-yourself BBQ Dinners at the lodge.
Our main lodge hosts wi-fi. Cell phone reception for Verizon is available through wi-fi at the lodge.
The Ranch offers swimming with jacuzzi, indoor tennis, a fly fishing pond, hiking, horseback riding (for extra fee), labyrinth, mandala garden with gazebo and hammock, kid’s play set with swing and climbing feature, ping pong, horseshoes, board games, and books galore.
We’re near Yellowstone Park, Madison River, Historic Virginia and Nevada City, Ennis, Big Sky, and Lewis and Clark Caverns. Other activities in the area are golf, fly fishing, river rafting, hiking, and events such as art and music festivals, rodeos, marathons (including the highest marathon in the nation), cabaret shows and more.

Corral Cabin
Corral is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bed and breakfast cabin with a sitting room and porch that overlooks the barn and horses and is near the swimming pool area. Good for one large family or 2 medium families. With a hammock tucked under the trees, this cabin is a fun, family haven. See the Gallery for additional photos of this great cabin.

Deer Cabin
Deer sleeps 1-2 with single beds. A fireplace, refrigerator and coffee/tea station will keep you in cozy heaven. Front porch overlooks Fan Mountain. Pendleton wool blankets, original Ozark hickory furniture, and pine floor all add to our famous ambiance. Great as an overflow cabin for older children. Check out the Gallery!
Bear Cabin
Sleeps 1-2 with a king bed, Bear features a fireplace, bathroom with shower and claw foot tub, refrigerator, and coffee/tea station. Decorated with Ozark hickory furniture, and original art you’ll enjoy the authentic Western touches. Porch overlooks the lodge and fire engine. One of our two dog cabins. Check out the Gallery
Honeymoon Cabin
Honeymoon features a king bed in front of the fireplace, and bathroom with shower and claw foot tub. The front porch overlooks the Mandala Garden, and the cliffs with mountain goats. This is a cozy, romantic get-away. Ironic history note: Up until 1970 this cabin featured single beds! Check out the Gallery.
Antelope Cabin
Antelope sleeps 1-2 with its king bed. The bathroom, has both a shower and a claw foot tub. The fireplace, pine wood floors, original Ozark hickory furniture and art, refrigerator, and coffee/tea station all add to its western ambiance. Family Cabin for 4
Elk Cabin
Elk cabin is a two bedroom/1 bathroom cabin for a family of four. Each bedroom features a fireplace and plenty of firewood. Located close to Mill Creek, you’ll be soothed by sounds of running water.
