Moose Vacation Rental

Our Cozy Cabin

Moose sleeps 8 and has an extended season from May-October. It has 2 bedrooms and a bunkhouse.

It comes with a full size kitchen with a gas stovetop and oven for cooktop. Separate dining room.

Living room has a wood stove that comfortably heats the whole house. Electric baseboard heat is also available.

Beautifully tiled bathroom upstairs has tub and shower. Bathroom downstairs has a shower.

Slate tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, wood floor in the rest of the cabin.

All our rentals have Gas BBQ’s and phone wifi.

Moose offers a washer and dryer for those longer stays.

Summer Rates and Policies:

• 3 Night Minimum: $345/night
• Weekly: $1900
• Monthly: $4500

50% deposit due upon booking

Remainder due upon arrival

Cancellations:

• 60 days before receive full refund
• Less than 60 days, 100% of booking is charged unless we can rebook the reservation.

7% Sales Tax added except for monthly stay

Cleaning fee of $105 added.

Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night. Must be kept on leash on grounds. May not be left alone in the cabin unless they are in the back mudroom. May be asked to leave if dogs are menacing to other guests. If property damages occur, they will be billed to your credit card.

No smoking allowed.

A $500 fee will be assessed if you smoke within the building.
