Mt. Goat Vacation Rental

Mt. Goat can sleep 6 in the summer. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (tub and shower).

It comes with a kitchenette and dining-sitting room with 2 fireplaces.

Beds are 1 king, 1 king or 2 singles, 1 queen sofa. Please inform us ahead of time how you want the beds set up.

Heated with gas furnace.

Beautifully tiled bathrooms.

All our rentals have Gas BBQ’s and phone wifi.

For longer stays, guests may use our laundry room which is just down the hill.

Let us know your time of arrival so we can meet you by the Yellow Bus (drive onto the ranch, turn right at the Red-Door Shop) to check you in.

50% deposit due upon booking

Cancellations:

60 days before receive full refund
Less than 60 days, 100% of booking is charged unless we can rebook the reservation.

7% Sales Tax added except for a month’s stay

Cleaning fee of $75 added

No dogs allowed.

No smoking allowed.

A $500 fee will be assessed if you smoke within the building.
