Our summer vacation rentals are available from May through October. Each vacation rental features a kitchen with all utensils, phone and wifi, outdoor barbeque and access to the ranch amenities (swimming pool available from June through mid September). Jacuzzi and sauna available at all times. Indoor tennis court, labyrinth, fishing pond and hiking trails, hammock, crystal mandala garden, and central gazebo are all great places to hang out. Skeet shooting and horseback riding are extra. For guided fishing or fishing gear, please check out the Tackle Shop.

7% bed tax is added to the bill. Rentals of a month or more are not charged bed tax.

Two of our vacation rentals are available for long term winter rental.

Deposit Policy:

• Less than a week: 50% upon booking; 50% upon arrival

• More than a week: 25% upon booking; 75% upon arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled during winter season (Nov thru April) with 30 days before dates: Full refund

• If cancelled during summer season (May thru Oct) with 30 days notification: Half of total due unless we can rebook it.

• If cancelled during the summer season (May thru October) with less than 30 day notification: Payment in full required unless we can rebook the rental.
